How to Use:

•    Prepare the machine: Remove the filter basket from the portafilter. Insert a blind filter (filter without holes) in place of the basket.
•    Add powder: Add 5 grams of Puly Caff powder inside the blind filter.
•    Run the machine: Turn on the espresso machine as if you were preparing a regular coffee. Let the machine run for 25 to 30 seconds.
•    Rinse: Drain the water resulting from the cleaning process completely. Rinse the machine with hot water several times to ensure all powder residue is removed.

Clean other parts:

You can soak removable parts such as the basket and holder in a water solution of the powder for about an hour for deep cleaning (“Add 40 grams of Puly Caff powder for every 10 liters of water”) then rinse the parts thoroughly with hot water before reassembling.
