Shipping and Delivery Service

Please note that the official working days at Air Roastery are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are days off for all Air Roastery employees and shipping companies.

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Therefore, we have streamlined the shipping and delivery process for your convenience, as your comfort is our top priority.

  • Air Roastery delivers your orders through delivery companies or individuals during peak times to ensure timely service and delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the purchase is completed. The shipping and delivery process at Air Roastery takes 2-4 business days. Delivery is available within all areas of Kuwait except for remote areas.
  • Air Roastery’s delivery approach includes same-day delivery or delivery on another day depending on your geographical location. You also have the option to choose the most convenient time for delivery, whether it’s any time of the day, week, or even within the month.

Delivery Schedule

We offer daily order delivery services except on Fridays and official holidays in all areas of Kuwait, excluding some remote areas. For orders placed from within Kuwait after 2 PM, delivery will be made within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping times may extend during peak seasons due to high demand on shipping and delivery services.

You can subscribe to have your selected products delivered regularly (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Orders must be placed at least four hours in advance of the desired delivery time to allow our delivery team to prepare your order. Please consider the time of your order (ensuring it is not too late) and within Air Roastery’s working hours.

For urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.

Your signature will be required on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the products as stated in the invoice. The order will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as receipt of the order.

If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present, please contact customer service to reschedule the delivery. The company will not be responsible for any order that exceeds 10 days from the first scheduled delivery date. Note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery charges will apply thereafter.

If the shipment is not received by the customer or if the customer refuses to accept the shipment from the shipping company and wishes to cancel the order and refund the amount, the shipping fees and packaging fees (if applicable) will be deducted.

Important Delivery Information

  • The order owner is required to sign a receipt document for the purchases.
  • At Air Roastery, we guarantee the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until delivery. Air Roastery is not responsible for the product after the receipt document is signed.
  • Shipping is carried out by Air Roastery to areas within Kuwait.
  • The approximate delivery duration guide is used starting from the moment the order is dispatched. Air Roastery is not responsible for any delays due to payment procedures by the order owner or delays caused by customs or shipping companies.
  • Additional fees will be added to the shipping cost if the delivery location is in a remote area outside the delivery zones. If you wish to cancel your order and exchange it, please refer to the Return Policy page and follow the steps mentioned there.
  • The amount paid is for shipping only. Any additional fees at the time of clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that if your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it arrives and then follow the return procedures.
