Warranty Policy

General Terms of Warranty:

  1. All electronic products sold on the Commercial Air Roastery platform are guaranteed for  2 years  (Manufacturer’s Warranty) except for the accessories and accessories.
  2. Warranty services provided by the seller are not under the responsibility of Air Roastery. This includes the availability of spare parts, the repair period and/or the quality of the repair, and the customer can communicate with the warranty service provider directly in case of any complaint or inquiry for a required service.
  3. To take advantage of the warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice for the product is present in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card is brought to the device, if available).
  4. The warranty card is attached to the application with a stamp approved by the company, the name of the customer and the date of purchase in case the warranty is lost. The store is not responsible for the product
  5. The repair period takes a maximum of 15 working days for faults covered by the warranty.
  6. Warranty does not include attached parts.
  7. The warranty covers the main product and its maintenance only.
  8. The life cycle of each product may vary and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for more details.
  9. We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay money for products that are rated out of warranty and you have refused to pay for the repair
  10. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse or misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.

Receipt and delivery policy to guarantee:

  1. The Air Roastery platform provides the delivery service of the customer’s product to the service provider, and it only includes malfunctions of the products covered by the warranty.
  2. The warranty does not include delivery charges for the product.
  3. The customer can communicate with the warranty service providers directly to follow up on the condition of the product or submit claims to the warranty service provider directly, and all information will be provided to service providers through representatives of the warranty department at Air Roastery.
  4. Free pick-up and delivery service is not included in the repair time of the product.
  5.  The value of use is calculated at 5% of the value of the product at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase so that the value does not exceed 80% of the value of the product.
  6. Note: Warranty does not include device replacement after use.
