How to Use

Simple steps for delicious espresso:

1. Fill the portafilter basket with the correct dose of ground coffee (18–20 g for a double shot).
2. Level the surface using a coffee distributor before tamping.
3. Hold the tamper properly with your palm on the wooden handle, keeping your wrist straight and aligned with your arm.
4. Press vertically with a steady force (approximately 15 kg of pressure). Avoid tilting.
5. Give a slight polishing twist after tamping to smooth the surface.
